Nvidia drivers are now available for openSUSE 11.0. Simply copy and paste the link to the Nvidia repo into YaST. ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/11.0

Excellent, the one click thing actually worked well. The download server died for a few minutes (or my connection to it somewhere along the way) but ‘retry’ sorted it all out. Resumes nicely from where it left off.
